The California Department of Education's AI Guidance for TK-12 includes a series of guiding questions that LEAs should consider when vetting, adopting, and implementing AI tools. This document provides American Digital Education's (ADE) direct responses to each of those questions, organized by topic area. ADE is a K-12 EdTech platform that provides AI-powered, standards-based interactive lessons designed to promote student engagement and mastery of concepts, helping address America's literacy and numeracy crisis.

1. Human-Centered AI Implementation

How will we ensure compliance with local policy and state/federal laws related to data privacy, transparency, equity, and parental/student rights?

ADE is fully compliant with FERPA, COPPA, SOPIPA, CCPA, AB 1584, SB 243, and the PPRA. Our platform does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable student information (PII). No student data of any kind is sent to any AI model, third-party service, or external system. All contracts with LEAs include the data protection provisions required under AB 1584, including purpose limitations, data ownership clauses, deletion obligations, and breach notification procedures. ADE's Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) is available upon request and can be reviewed prior to adoption. We support transparency by clearly documenting our AI usage, data flow, and compliance posture in publicly available materials.

How will we safeguard and elevate teacher expertise, ensuring that professional judgment remains the cornerstone of AI-supported instruction and assessment?

ADE is designed to enhance, not replace, the educator's role. Our interactive lessons are standards-based instructional resources that teachers select, assign, and integrate at their discretion. Educators retain full control over pacing, sequencing, and how content is used within their classrooms. ADE does not make instructional decisions, assess students, or override teacher judgment. All AI-generated instructional content is reviewed by educational professionals for accuracy, bias, and standards alignment before it becomes available on the platform. Teachers remain the decision-makers; ADE is a tool in their hands.

In what ways will AI integration align with instructional standards and strengthen existing instructional goals, including multilingualism, critical thinking, and college and career readiness?

ADE's interactive lessons are built directly from California curriculum standards and frameworks across ELA, Mathematics, Science, and History-Social Science. Each lesson is designed to promote student engagement and mastery of concepts through an interactive format that develops critical thinking and independent reasoning. The platform's standards-based architecture ensures that every lesson directly supports the instructional goals LEAs are already working toward, including college and career readiness. As ADE continues to develop, multilingual content delivery is on our product roadmap to further support California's diverse learner population.

What professional learning opportunities will equip educators to use AI ethically, effectively, and confidently in support of student learning?

ADE provides onboarding resources, training materials, and ongoing support to help educators integrate the platform into their instruction effectively. Because ADE delivers ready-to-use interactive lessons rather than requiring teachers to operate AI tools directly, the learning curve is minimal. Educators do not need AI expertise to use ADE -- they need the same pedagogical judgment they already apply when selecting any instructional resource. ADE also provides documentation on how our AI content generation process works, giving educators transparency into what powers the lessons they assign.

How will AI be used to strengthen, rather than replace, relationships among educators, students, and families, especially for newcomers and other historically underserved groups?

ADE strengthens the educator-student relationship by handling the heavy lift of standards-aligned content creation, freeing teachers to focus on connection, differentiation, and responsive instruction. ADE does not simulate emotional support, friendship, or human relationships with students. The platform does not include chatbots, companion AI, or any system designed to replace human interaction. For historically underserved communities, ADE's interactive lessons provide equitable access to high-quality, standards-based instruction regardless of a school's staffing or resource constraints.

How might we establish ongoing opportunities for students, educators, and families to stay engaged about decisions regarding AI in schools?

ADE supports LEA transparency efforts by providing clear, accessible documentation about how our platform works, what AI is used for, and what data protections are in place. Our compliance materials, including this document, are designed to be shared with families and community members. We encourage LEAs to include ADE's documentation in their broader AI communication strategies, such as back-to-school events, newsletters, and parent information sessions. ADE's team is also available to participate in district presentations or Q&A sessions when LEAs are evaluating or onboarding the platform.

How are we vetting these tools and chatbots to ensure they support, rather than hinder, mental health and connection?

ADE does not include chatbots, conversational AI agents, or any system that interacts with students in a simulated human capacity. Our platform delivers structured, interactive lessons -- not open-ended AI conversations. This design eliminates the mental health risks associated with AI companions and unfiltered chatbot interactions. All content is reviewed before delivery, ensuring that students encounter only safe, standards-aligned instructional material. There is no mechanism for students to receive unvetted, AI-generated responses through ADE.

As AI technologies continue to evolve, how will adaptability be maintained while keeping human connection and student well-being central to implementation?

ADE is committed to continuous improvement while maintaining our core principle: AI powers the content, humans power the teaching. As AI capabilities evolve, ADE will expand the quality and breadth of standards-aligned lessons available to educators, but the platform's role will remain that of a content resource -- not a replacement for human instruction or connection. Any new features will undergo the same compliance, safety, and pedagogical review processes that govern our current platform. ADE commits to annual review of its data privacy and security practices to remain current with evolving legal requirements and best practices.

2. AI Literacy & Professional Learning

What professional learning opportunities will provide educators and other staff the tools to integrate AI literacy into their practice?

ADE provides educators with training materials that explain how AI is used in our content creation process, giving teachers a concrete, real-world example they can use when teaching students about AI in practice. Understanding that an AI system generated the lesson they are working through -- and that human reviewers checked it for accuracy and bias before it reached them -- gives students a tangible entry point into AI literacy concepts like machine learning, content generation, human oversight, and quality assurance. ADE's documentation can serve as a resource for educators building AI literacy into their existing instruction.

What ongoing supports can be provided to educators to support planning to meaningfully integrate AI literacy into all content areas?

Because ADE lessons span ELA, Mathematics, Science, and History-Social Science, educators using ADE already have a cross-curricular touchpoint for AI literacy discussions. Teachers can use ADE as a case study: "This lesson was created with AI assistance. Let's evaluate it -- is it accurate? Is anything missing? Do you see any bias?" This approach integrates AI literacy naturally into existing content instruction without requiring separate AI-specific curriculum. ADE's team provides ongoing support and is available to help educators develop these cross-curricular connections.

How will students be guided to engage in authentic tasks learning with and about AI, evaluating when to use and not to use AI, and assessing AI outputs, to prepare them for success in a world rapidly adopting AI use?

3. Equitable Access, STEM Pathways & Inclusion

How might learning about AI be designed to emphasize ethics, racial literacy, disparities, and the environmental/societal impacts of AI?

ADE's content review process includes evaluation for cultural responsiveness, inclusivity, and the elimination of bias -- practices that model the ethical standards the CDE guidance promotes. ADE can serve as a case study for discussions about AI ethics in practice: How was this content generated? What data informed it? What biases might exist? Who reviewed it and why does human review matter? These questions connect directly to broader conversations about racial literacy, disparities in technology access, and the societal impacts of AI systems. ADE's commitment to equitable access -- providing high-quality, standards-based instruction to underresourced schools -- is itself an example of using AI to address, rather than deepen, educational disparities.

How can opportunities be created to equitably invite students from all backgrounds to participate in computer science and other STEM fields?

ADE helps lower barriers to STEM participation by providing equitable access to high-quality, standards-aligned instruction in Mathematics and Science regardless of a school's staffing or resource constraints. When students in underresourced communities have access to the same caliber of standards-based content as students in well-funded districts, the pipeline into STEM fields becomes more equitable. ADE's interactive format also normalizes technology as a learning tool, building comfort and familiarity that supports future engagement with computer science and STEM pathways.

How can expanded learning programs, after school activities, or similar opportunities be leveraged to increase access to learning about AI to learn with AI?

ADE's web-based platform is accessible from any device with a browser, making it suitable for use in expanded learning programs, after-school settings, homework support centers, and community learning environments. Because ADE delivers self-contained, interactive lessons that do not require a credentialed teacher to facilitate, the platform can extend high-quality instructional access beyond the traditional school day and setting. This flexibility supports LEAs looking to provide equitable learning opportunities across a range of contexts.

4. Academic Integrity & Responsible Use

How can the concept of academic integrity be expanded beyond plagiarism to include responsible behavioral use of AI, ensuring honesty, fairness, and authentic engagement in learning?

ADE's interactive lesson design inherently supports academic integrity by requiring students to engage directly with content, demonstrate understanding, and master concepts through active participation. Unlike open-ended AI tools where students might submit AI-generated work as their own, ADE's structured format guides students through a learning process -- they cannot shortcut the engagement. This design makes ADE a complement to responsible AI use policies rather than a source of integrity concerns. ADE is transparent about its own AI use, modeling the kind of honest disclosure the CDE guidance encourages.

How will ethical AI use be clearly, equitably, and actionably defined to include distinctions between acceptable assistance, misuse, and plagiarism?

ADE falls clearly on the "acceptable assistance" side of this spectrum. The platform provides standards-based instructional content as a learning resource -- comparable to a textbook, a supplemental workbook, or an instructional video. Students using ADE are learning from the content, not copying it as their own work. ADE does not generate essays, solve homework problems on behalf of students, or produce outputs that could be submitted as student work. This clear use case makes it straightforward for LEAs to classify ADE within their responsible use frameworks.

How can violations of the acceptable use of policy be opportunities for learning and restorative justice?

Because ADE's design does not create opportunities for academic dishonesty (students engage with structured interactive lessons rather than generating submittable content), the platform itself is unlikely to be a source of policy violations. However, ADE supports the broader restorative approach by providing educators with a tool that emphasizes learning and mastery over task completion. When students are guided through concepts interactively, the focus shifts from "getting the answer" to "understanding the material" -- an environment that naturally reduces incentives for dishonest shortcuts.

5. Instructional & Operational Alignment

Does the tool clearly support curriculum goals, instructional practices, or operational needs?

Yes. ADE's interactive lessons are built directly from California curriculum standards and frameworks. Every lesson is designed to support mastery of specific standards-based concepts, directly advancing the instructional goals LEAs have established. The platform addresses an operational need as well: providing consistent, high-quality instructional content that helps schools facing staffing shortages, substitute teacher challenges, or resource gaps maintain standards-aligned instruction.

Does the tool align with California's curriculum standards and frameworks?

Yes. ADE content is aligned to the California Common Core State Standards (CA CCSS), Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), California History-Social Science Standards (CA HSS), and applicable California curriculum frameworks. Standards alignment is a foundational requirement of our content creation process, and all lessons undergo review for accuracy and alignment before becoming available on the platform.

Is there evidence that the tool improves learning outcomes or educator efficiency?

ADE's interactive lesson design is grounded in research-based instructional methodology, including Explicit Direct Instruction (EDI), which has a demonstrated track record of improving student achievement in K-12 settings. The platform improves educator efficiency by providing ready-to-assign, standards-aligned lessons that reduce preparation time while maintaining instructional quality. ADE welcomes opportunities to participate in pilot programs with LEAs to gather site-specific evidence of impact on learning outcomes.

Does the tool align with district policies on AI use, academic integrity, and responsible technology use?

Yes. ADE's design is consistent with responsible AI use policies. The platform delivers structured instructional content -- it does not generate student work, facilitate academic dishonesty, or operate outside educator oversight. ADE is transparent about its AI-assisted content creation process and provides compliance documentation that supports district policy alignment. Our contracts include all data protection provisions required under California law.

Has input been gathered from relevant instructional staff, curriculum leads, or program directors?

ADE's content and platform design are informed by experienced educators and educational researchers, including specialists in Explicit Direct Instruction and standards-based curriculum development. We encourage LEAs to involve their instructional staff, curriculum leads, and program directors in the evaluation process and are happy to facilitate demonstrations, pilot programs, and feedback sessions to ensure ADE meets local instructional needs.

6. Functional Evaluation

What AI capabilities does the tool offer (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, adaptive learning)?

ADE uses generative AI (Google Gemini via enterprise API) exclusively for content creation. AI generates instructional lesson content from curriculum standards and text inputs. ADE does not use predictive analytics on student data, does not perform adaptive learning based on individual student profiles, and does not make automated decisions about students. The AI component is entirely on the content-production side -- students interact with the finished, human-reviewed lessons, not with AI directly.

Are the AI functions transparent and understandable to educators and students?

Yes. ADE clearly discloses that its instructional content is generated with AI assistance and reviewed by educational professionals before delivery. The content generation process, AI vendor (Google Gemini), data flow, and review procedures are documented and available to LEAs, educators, and families. Students can be informed that their lessons were created with AI support, providing a transparent and concrete example of responsible AI use in practice.

Does the tool allow educator oversight and the ability to edit, override, or turn off AI-generated content?

Yes. Educators have full control over which lessons they assign and how they integrate ADE content into their instruction. Because ADE delivers completed, reviewed lessons rather than real-time AI outputs, there is no risk of unvetted AI content reaching students. Teachers can preview all content before assigning it and choose not to use any lesson that does not meet their instructional needs or standards.

Are limitations, error risks, and intended use cases clearly documented by the vendor?

Yes. ADE provides clear documentation of the platform's intended use (standards-based interactive instruction), its limitations (content is currently available in English; the platform is a supplemental instructional resource, not a comprehensive curriculum), and our approach to quality control (human review of all AI-generated content for accuracy, bias, and standards alignment). ADE is transparent about what the platform does and does not do.

7. Data Privacy & Security

Does the tool comply with federal and state privacy laws (FERPA, COPPA, state student data privacy regulations)?

Yes. ADE is fully compliant with FERPA, COPPA, SOPIPA, CCPA, AB 1584, SB 243, and the PPRA. Our compliance posture is straightforward: we do not collect, store, or transmit any student PII. No student data is sent to any AI model, third-party service, or external system. Detailed compliance documentation is available in our California Student Data Privacy & AI Compliance Statement.

What student or staff data is collected, stored, or inferred?

ADE does not collect, store, or infer any personally identifiable student data. No student names, IDs, performance data, behavioral data, demographics, or any other PII enters our system or is sent to any AI model. The AI pipeline processes only curriculum text and standards -- never student information.

Does the vendor use personal data to train or improve its AI models?

No. ADE does not collect personal data, so there is no personal data to use for any purpose. Additionally, ADE's AI vendor (Google Gemini enterprise API) operates under terms that explicitly prohibit the use of API inputs to train, retrain, or improve Google's AI models. API inputs are not retained beyond the transient processing required to generate a response.

Are data retention, deletion, and access policies clearly defined?

Yes. Because ADE does not collect student PII, our data retention posture is simple: there is no student data to retain. For any operational or administrative data shared during a contract relationship, ADE's contracts include provisions requiring deletion within 30 days of contract termination, with written confirmation provided to the LEA. Parents, guardians, and eligible students retain all rights to inspect and amend education records under FERPA -- and because ADE does not maintain such records, those rights are fully preserved with the LEA.

Has the district reviewed the vendor's security practices, encryption standards, and breach response procedures?

ADE's security practices, encryption standards, and breach response procedures are documented and available for LEA review upon request. Our contracts include breach notification provisions requiring LEA notification within 72 hours of any data incident, along with full cooperation in investigation and remediation. We welcome security reviews and are prepared to provide documentation to district IT and legal teams as part of the procurement process.

Is a signed Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) required and available?

Yes. ADE provides a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) that includes all provisions required under AB 1584 and is compatible with the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) National DPA template. Signed DPAs are available and can be executed prior to platform adoption.

Do AI chatbots that the LEA procures or develops meet the compliance requirements of SB 243?

ADE does not include AI chatbots, companion AI, or any conversational AI system. SB 243's requirements for companion chatbot guardrails do not apply to ADE's current platform. If ADE introduces any interactive AI features in the future, full SB 243 compliance -- including crisis protocols, AI disclosure notices, content filtering, and annual compliance reporting -- will be implemented prior to deployment.

8. Equity, Accessibility & Ethical Use

Has the vendor described how the tool mitigates bias in its AI outputs or models?

Yes. All AI-generated content passes through multiple layers of human review specifically designed to identify and remove bias, inaccuracies, and culturally insensitive material. ADE's content review process includes evaluation against California's curriculum standards and frameworks for cultural responsiveness and inclusivity. Content that does not meet these standards is revised or removed before it reaches the platform. ADE's accuracy filters and safety guardrails provide additional automated screening prior to human review.

Is the tool accessible for all users, including those with disabilities and English language learners?

ADE is designed with accessibility as a priority. The platform's interactive lesson format supports diverse learning needs, including students with disabilities who benefit from structured, multimodal instruction. ADE is aligned with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to ensure inclusive access for all students. Content is currently available in English and Spanish to further support English language learners and multilingual families.

Does the tool promote ethical use and avoid reinforcing harmful stereotypes or inequities?

Yes. ADE's content review process is specifically designed to identify and eliminate bias, stereotypes, and culturally insensitive material. All content is evaluated for cultural responsiveness and inclusivity before it becomes available on the platform. ADE does not use student data for profiling, does not employ manipulative design patterns (dark patterns), and does not engage in any practices that could reinforce inequities.

Are accommodations available for students who cannot or should not use AI tools?

ADE's interactive lessons are the final instructional product -- students interact with reviewed, standards-aligned content, not with AI directly. There is no student-facing AI interaction to opt out of. However, as with any instructional resource, educators retain full discretion to assign or not assign ADE content based on individual student needs, IEP requirements, or other accommodations. The platform is a supplemental resource, not a required component of instruction.

9. Transparency & Explainability

Does the vendor provide clear explanations of how the AI works and how decisions/recommendations are generated?

Yes. ADE provides full transparency into its AI-assisted content creation process. Curriculum text and instructional standards are sent to Google Gemini via enterprise API. The AI generates instructional content, which then passes through accuracy filters, safety guardrails, and human pedagogical review before becoming available as interactive lessons. No student data informs this process. No automated decisions are made about students. The AI generates content; humans review and approve it; educators assign it.

Are there mechanisms to audit, review, or trace AI outputs for accuracy and fairness?

Yes. All AI-generated content undergoes human review for accuracy, bias, and standards alignment before it reaches the platform. ADE maintains records of its content review process and can provide documentation to LEAs upon request. Educators can also preview any lesson before assigning it, providing an additional layer of review at the classroom level. LEAs retain audit rights under ADE's contracts and can request documentation of compliance and content review practices at any time.

Are users notified when they are interacting with AI?

ADE clearly discloses that its instructional content is generated with AI assistance. Students interact with finished, reviewed lessons -- not with a live AI system. There is no real-time AI interaction to disclose in the moment, but ADE is transparent about the role AI plays in its content creation pipeline. This disclosure is available in ADE's public documentation and compliance materials.

10. Implementation & Integration

Is the tool compatible with existing district systems (learning management systems, student information systems, device platforms)?

Yes. ADE is a web-based platform accessible from any modern browser on any device -- Chromebooks, iPads, laptops, and desktops. No proprietary software or app installation is required. ADE is compatible with standard district device environments and can be accessed through existing LMS platforms.

Does it require additional infrastructure, IT support, or network bandwidth?

No. ADE operates as a web-based platform with standard bandwidth requirements comparable to other educational websites. No additional infrastructure, server installations, or specialized IT support is needed. The platform is designed to work within existing district technology environments without imposing additional technical burdens.

Are training materials, onboarding resources, and professional learning available?

Yes. ADE provides onboarding resources, training materials, and dedicated support to help educators integrate the platform into their instruction. Because ADE delivers ready-to-use interactive lessons, the learning curve is minimal. ADE's team is available for live onboarding sessions, demonstrations, and ongoing support throughout the contract period.

What ongoing maintenance or updates will be required?

ADE is maintained and updated by our team. Content updates, platform improvements, and security patches are handled on the backend and do not require any action from district IT staff or educators. LEAs are notified of significant platform changes or feature additions. No local maintenance, software updates, or infrastructure management is required.

11. Vendor Reliability & Support

Does the vendor have a proven track record in education or comparable sectors?

ADE is built by a team with deep expertise in K-12 education, including extensive experience with Explicit Direct Instruction (EDI) methodology and standards-based curriculum development. This foundation in research-based instructional practice informs every aspect of ADE's platform design and content creation. ADE combines proven pedagogical expertise with modern technology to deliver high-quality instructional resources at scale.

Are service-level agreements (SLAs) available and reasonable?

Yes. ADE offers service-level agreements that define uptime commitments, support response times, and issue resolution procedures. SLA terms are included in our standard contracts and can be customized to meet specific LEA requirements during the procurement process.

Is technical support responsive and accessible?

Yes. ADE provides dedicated technical support to all contracted LEAs. Our support team is accessible via email and is committed to timely response and resolution. Support is available during business hours, with provisions for urgent issues that affect instructional delivery.

Does the vendor provide documentation on AI model updates or changes that may affect functionality?

Yes. ADE notifies contracted LEAs of any significant changes to the platform, including updates to the AI content generation process, changes in AI vendors, or modifications to the content review pipeline. Because students interact with reviewed lessons rather than live AI outputs, AI model updates do not directly affect the student experience -- but ADE maintains transparency about changes to its underlying systems.

12. Risk Assessment

Are there potential risks of misinformation, hallucinations, or inappropriate content?

ADE mitigates these risks through a multi-layered review process. All AI-generated content passes through automated accuracy filters and safety guardrails, followed by human pedagogical review for accuracy, bias, and standards alignment before reaching the platform. Students never interact with raw, unreviewed AI output. This approach addresses the hallucination and misinformation risks inherent in generative AI by ensuring that every piece of content has been verified by qualified reviewers before a student sees it.

Does the tool include safeguards such as content filtering, monitoring, or educator controls?

Yes. ADE's content pipeline includes automated content filtering and safety guardrails at the AI generation stage, followed by human review before publication. Educators maintain full control over content assignment -- they can preview any lesson before assigning it and choose not to use content that does not meet their standards. There is no mechanism for students to access unreviewed or unfiltered AI content through the ADE platform.

Has the district evaluated potential legal, ethical, or reputational risks?

ADE's risk profile is minimal due to our privacy-first architecture. We collect no student PII, send no student data to AI models, and deliver only reviewed, standards-aligned content. Our full compliance with FERPA, COPPA, SOPIPA, CCPA, AB 1584, and PPRA is documented and available for legal review. ADE provides all compliance documentation LEAs need to complete their own risk assessments, and our team is available to support due diligence processes.

13. Cost, Licensing & Sustainability

What is the total cost of ownership (license, support, training, implementation)?

ADE offers transparent, all-inclusive pricing. License fees include full platform access, training materials, onboarding support, and ongoing technical support. There are no separate charges for implementation, training, or standard support. Detailed pricing is provided during the procurement process and is tailored to district size and scope of adoption.

Is the pricing model sustainable and aligned with district budgets?

Yes. ADE's pricing is designed to be accessible to districts of all sizes, including those in underresourced communities. We offer flexible pricing models and are committed to working within LEA budget constraints. ADE's goal is to make high-quality, standards-based instruction accessible to every school that needs it.

Are there hidden costs (data storage, API usage, premium features)?

No. ADE's pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees for data storage, API usage, premium features, or additional content access. The price quoted during procurement is the price the LEA pays.

Does the contract allow for pilot programs or early termination if the tool underperforms?

Yes. ADE offers pilot programs that allow LEAs to evaluate the platform before committing to a full-scale adoption. Contracts include early termination provisions so that LEAs are not locked into long-term agreements if the platform does not meet their needs. ADE is confident in the value of its product and welcomes the opportunity to demonstrate impact before a district makes a long-term commitment.

Are there opportunities for departments, divisions, and executive leadership to provide feedback and review tools?

14. Pilot & Evaluation Plan

Has the district established success metrics and evaluation criteria for a pilot?

ADE works collaboratively with LEAs to define success metrics and evaluation criteria before a pilot begins. Recommended metrics may include student engagement levels, educator satisfaction, integration ease, standards alignment feedback, and -- where measurable -- impact on student understanding and performance. ADE supports LEAs in designing evaluation frameworks that align with their specific goals and priorities.

Who will monitor the pilot and gather educator/student feedback?

ADE assigns a dedicated point of contact for each pilot engagement to coordinate with the LEA's designated lead. Together, they establish a feedback collection process that includes educator input, student experience observations, and administrative review. ADE provides templates and tools to streamline feedback collection without adding burden to educators' workloads.

Does the tool include analytics or reports that support ongoing evaluation?

ADE provides usage analytics and reporting capabilities that help LEAs evaluate platform adoption and engagement. These analytics focus on content utilization patterns and do not involve the collection or analysis of personally identifiable student data. Reporting is designed to support LEA decision-making about scaling, modifying, or discontinuing use.

Is there a clear decision pathway for scaling, modifying, or discontinuing use?

Yes. ADE's contracts are structured to support clear decision pathways. Pilot programs include defined evaluation periods and decision points. LEAs can scale adoption, modify scope, or discontinue use based on pilot results. Early termination provisions are included in all contracts. Upon discontinuation, ADE deletes any LEA operational data within 30 days and provides written confirmation. ADE's goal is a partnership where LEAs feel supported and empowered at every stage -- from pilot through full adoption or, if needed, through a clean and transparent exit.
